1886
The adventure began far-off in 1886, when on cramped premises in Turin's Via Madama Cristina, it began the production of labels and envelopes using automatic machineries, very innovative for the period.
At that period was necessary many workforce to realize numbering and twine application, works that still had to be work out handmade.
Our first customers were the mills, textile factories and companies that were springing up at that time.
Yet before the end of XIX century, the participation to many exhibitions let us springing up between the main companies, for our quality and innovation.
1900-1925
In 1925 the economic and producing pick-up following the I° World War make necessary thw transfer of production in bigger premises in Via Amedeo Peyron 25
1959-1965
The real turnaround for the company came in 1959, when, thanks to its great technical and constructional capabilities, it began to produce the first self-adhesive labels on reel, among the first in Europe to use such an advanced technology for these years. In 1962, the company moved to a new modern plant at Rivoli (TO), our present offices.
1995 -2005
The company, constantly attentive to innovation, in 1997 started up of the production of Rambloc, the innovative reinforced writing pads, patented by Sales, which in a few years gained its place in market.
Since 2003 the company develops is production in two departments: the enlargement of Via Chivasso, n° 5, plant up to actual 4.000 s.q.m., focused in production of self adhesive labels, and the plant of 3000 sqm. located at Via Ferrero 86, Rivoli (TO) dedicated to the production of envelopes and writing pads.
2011
Sales celebrated 125 years of history in 2011, renewing its mission to continuously update its technology and production in order to remain competitive in the market.
2014
Today the attention is especially focused on green solutions on one side and technological solutions on the other with the primary objective to search innovative solutions. This is evidenced by the growing number of patents registered and multiple collaborations with universities and research centres. Continuous investment in the high professionalism of its staff provides Sales customers with reliability, quality of service and product and prompt answers.
