The focus is increasingly on emissions and sustainability, consumers demand green options, regulators put pressure on brands to evolve.
Thanks to EcoDesign’s approach and our maniacal dedication to finding innovative solutions in the field of sustainability, you can count on us to deliver what you need, when you need it.
The most sustainable option is an unlabeled bottle. We are the latter.
THE 4R'S: STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES FOR A SUSTAINABLE PACK
renew
Eliminate fossil sources and choose raw materials from certified renewable sources
reduce
Choose thinner materials with performance retention
reuse
Choose new adhesives to improve recycling and reuse of primary packaging
recycle
Reduce the use of virgin raw materials by using recycled and compostable materials
Paper is beautiful because it is recycled
You can choose from many self-adhesive papers (Front + Silicone Paper), FSC certified from 100% post consumer waste recycling with TCF (no chlorine use) characteristics.

Plastic labels? Choose the recycling range
Wide range of recycled plastic films, strictly post-consumer
- PP (Polypropylene) or PE (Polyethylene), white or transparent, containing up to 30% mechanically recycled plastic and up to 99% chemically recycled plastic.
- White PET containing up to 25% post-consumer recycled plastic.
- Ultra-transparent PET containing up to 90% post-consumer recycled plastic.
- Ocean Action Label: PP (Polypropylene) white or transparent 100% recycled plastic from the sea Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP) waste. OBP is plastic waste dumped within 50km of the sea in areas where waste management is non-existent or inefficient. It is estimated to generate 80% of marine plastic waste.

Adhesives perfect for recycling
They enable the recycling of PET and HDPE packaging to help brands meet sustainability targets, comply with regulations and increase the availability of recycled plastic. Recognised by EPBP, APR and RecyClass, they separate cleanly from PET flakes during the washing process and do not compromise the quality of the recycled granule in the case of HDPE.

R how you reduce thickness by using a PET substrate
The benefits of using thinner materials are manifold and affect both the printing and application process.
If 1,000,000 sqm of PE85 on glassine paper were replaced with a coextruded film on PET23, these would be the results:

Give new life to your glassine paper. Save money and protect the environment
There are still many customers who pay for the disposal of discarded glassine paper after the labelling process of their products, sending their waste still to landfill or, in the best case, to an incinerator for energy recovery.
Sales has been a Cycle4Green partner for many years, recycling 100% of its production waste and providing assistance and support to customers who want to manage their production waste in a more virtuous and responsible way, creating both economic and ecological savings.
Together with our partners and customers, we give our environment and our businesses a better future.
